The only cost is the hardware.  FreeBSD is just that...FREE.  Check out
www.freebsd.org for more information.  All you have ot do is put a box
together, load up and your off.  Most of your utilities are available in
open source (and also free) as well, databases, mail, new, etc...

And did I mention it's free?
