>Environment:
System: FreeBSD fatcat.home.loc 5.4-STABLE FreeBSD 5.4-STABLE #0: Mon Jul 11 11:18:39 CEST 2005     root@fatcat.home.loc:/usr/src/sys/i386/compile/AMD350  i386

	The CPU is an AMD-K6 350MHz.
	Currently the device.hints (among other things) contains:

	hint.digi.0.at="isa"
	hint.digi.0.port="0x320"
	hint.digi.0.maddr="0xd8000"

>Description:
	The digi driver module fails to initialise a Digiboard PC/4e.
	The card was working flawlessly on FreeBSD 4.x with the same
	motherboard and the dgb driver.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Load the digi driver:

	  kldload digi

	After a little while it will report an error message, like
	this one:

	digi0 at port 0x320-0x323 iomem 0xd8000-0xd9fff on isa0
	digi0: FEP/OS start failed (0x00 != 0x534f)

>Fix:

	None known.
