Do you have hot plug working with DEVD backend ?  I use USB KVM to share
keyboard and mouse between 2 computers and looks like libinput not loading
after devices return.

This is with xf86-input-libinput.
Legacy input drivers (-keyboard and -mouse) works.

Strange I didn't find similar questions.
