- Unbreak and update to 5.1.3
- Prefix installed files with the letter m (whois -> mwhois, ...)
- Minor fixes (compiler warning, correct paths in man pages)

I am interested in taking maintainership of this port, if the original
maintainer is unavailable or lost interest.
