yes, this is a duplicate IP address problem.  it means that the 2 machines  
with the 48bit Ethernet hardware (MAC) addresses 00:40:33:2e:e2:ce and  
00:00:c0:b3:91:2e are using the IP address 137.226.31.18.  change the IP  
address for one of them and everything will be fine.
