 I'm pretty sure, I've also seen this problem in the past. I've checked
 that now on a 7.0 and a 6.2 system and found FreeBSD will respond with a
 'File exists' error message.
 
 Unfortunately I'm unable to check on RELENG_5.
 
 Do you think we can close this PR?
