That's right. I had those options turned on for my 2.2.2-2.2.7 system
without problems, later heard the bad from lists. Now, I don't even
remember what it did, perhaps Mike can say.
My point was that if these options are so bad usually and sometimes
definitely useful then document them in straightforward manner so no
more confusion can happen.
