Um, there is no programming directory in ports.  Inside /usr/ports/lang
there are 2 different Pascal -> C translators, p2c and ptoc. 

I know I've seen gpc (GNU Pascal compiler - probably just uses p2c,
but).  You might try searching at freshmeat.net for it.
