Why is "enable dns" disabled ? Uncomment this on out, and fill in resolv.conf yout nameserver of your provider...

Ok.
Hmm. 
So you do it like that (?):

#ppp
ppp ON yourmachine>dial papchap    

Then the ppp must go ppP pPP PPP 
Thats it.
But you need a nameserver to know.
