Or set MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX/WORLDTMP as needed.

For example, I do

make MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=/a/usr/obj buildworld

and

make MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=/a/usr/obj WORLDTMP=/a/usr/obj/usr/src/tmp installworld
