Synopsis: ypserv handles null key incorrectly

State-Changed-From-To: suspended-closed
State-Changed-By: wpaul
State-Changed-When: Sat Mar 6 11:34:16 PST 1999
State-Changed-Why:

This PR refers to the GNU ypserv, which we don't use anymore. The
existing ypserv should deal with empty keys correctly. Or rather, ypxfr
properly handles the empty keys when transfering maps from the master
so that ypserv won't trip over them.

This PR has been languishing for a while. Hope I don't scare anyone
by closing it out of the blue like this. :)
