Ah... you also need the source address nat'd so return traffic comes back over the correct WAN link... You might be able to get both the "nat" and the "fwd" working with a clever usage of the some "via" modifiers to those ipfw rules, I'm not familiar enough with the way packets flow through the ipfw code to offer more help.
