Hmm.  I don't want a backout.


I think the best way is "Don't do backout.  Solve problems before
4.5-RELEASE".  Problem list is:

o  tcsh
   There already exists a patch.  Issei-san <issei@FreeBSD.org>
   posted the patch to i18n ML (and other MLs) about 7 months ago.

o  ports
   I think we can fix many (not all) of the ports which do not
   support *.euc* locale.

   I don't know the exact schedule of ports tree freeze.  So,
   please tell us the deadline for ports fix. > portsmgr@ or re@
