Subject:   rpc.lockd needs nfsclient even on the server side

Hi guys,

I just upgraded my nfs server and found that nowadays you do need NFSCLIENT
on the server otherwise rpc.lockd don't want to run. Is this intentional?
Previously I only needed NFSSERVER.
