Hi All,

I'd really appreciate some help getting my zoomair 4005 pccard working. =
I've duplicated an entry from the wi cards in /etc/default/pccard.conf =
and when I run pccardd -d it sees the card and will load OK and even =
displays the MAC address of the card.

Any ifconfig command after that just hangs the system. No messages, no =
panic, no nothing!

Actually that's not quite true. ifconfig -a will list 'wi0' among the =
interfaces and give it's mac address. I've been trying ifconfig commands =
like this
ifconfig wi0 inet 172.168.0.2 netmask 255.255.0.0 up

I'm running 4.2R set on a an ABIT BP6 with 396MB and 2 x 500MHZ celery =
sticks. It isn't a mobile machine, but the only posts I've found about =
the zoomair cards where on this list. Please excuse my ignorance if I've =
done the wrong thing by posting here.

TIA,
Peter
