So you wanted a 1 week warning saying "Hey guys, that warning I put in
a year ago and planned on turning into a panic after about a year
turns into a panic"?

If so I agree.  However, Greg seemed to be saying that PHK has to mop
up those people that a) used this api wrongly and b) ignored the
warning for over a year.  That's what I was objecting to.
