While you should probably check for a BIOS upgrade from your vendor, if
you're installing a more recent version of FreeBSD in any case, you
might want to try 4.5-RC1, for which an ISO image is available at:

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/4.5-RC1.iso

Lots of USB changes have been made since 4.3-RELEASE.
