Ok, I see them now.

Is there a way to use the touch pad just for smart scrolling?

ATM I set every hw.psm.synaptics.scroll_margin_x sysctl to 4000
but it doesn't stop me from accidentally repositioning the cursor
with a touch pad click. =20
