This error appeared in label section, not in partition section.

Before using "write" command in label section, you should quit and back to
partition section. Then choose "write" command in partition again. At this
time choose "write" command in label section. I don't know reason. But it
worked correctly.

After reusing "write" command in partition, "Commit" command in Custom
menu works correctly now.
