Look into IPFilter and IPNat (part of IPFilter).  It allows you to
redirect traffic to specific machines.  I'm currently using to redirect
traffic to my roommates computer for Vampire: The redemption, a second
redirection My Quake 3 server and then general NAT for the entire
network.
Very fast and efficient.
