It's good that "kern_clock.c" is now doing sanity checking of the values of 
"struct timeval.tv_usec" and "struct timespec.tv_nsec".  However, it would 
probably also be a good idea if someone were to figure out *why* these 
values are getting corrupted.  There may be a more serious bug lurking 
somewhere...
