Do you mean BSDI (a commercial implementation of 4.4BSD) here?
Since this list is dedicated to FreeBSD (a free implementation
of 4.4BSD for the PC), I'll assume you mean FreeBSD.

FreeBSD can be downloaded over the Internet.  See http://www.freebsd.org/
for details.  If you really want a CD, Walnut Creek will export, or
there are a couple of companies in the UK that can probably manage it
(drop me a line for details).

Don't know.  Perhaps something like an International Money Order would
be more likely.
