I know somebody who has seen this crash twice. Unlike the original
post, they weren't using jails & there wasn't heavy disk I/O,
but they were using 4.9 or older builds.

Since it's in 4.9, there's always some chance it's fixed by a later
RELENG_4 patch. Anyone have any suggestions?

 Thanks,
