Thank you and everyone else that chipped in. Looks like the deal
is that vinum still rules mayhap beaten by 3ware. Think I'll go
with vinum since I'm not bothered by the boot problem thanks to
a separate SCSI disk. Wish I had the budget to go with a full
SCSI setup but not for this project at this time, alas.
