>Description:

After correctly filling out a problem report, send-pr reports:

send-pr: you must include a Category: field in your report.
Errors were found with the problem report.
	a)bort, e)dit or s)end? a

This problem apparently also affects other non-critical
keywords and is due to incorrect expansion of environment
	variables.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Enter a problem report

>Fix:

Patch available separately (send-pr tries to parse it :-) at
	hub:~grog/send-pr-patch.
