These seeds cover at least 2/3 of the current history, which makes them
quite useful comparing with svnsync'ing the whole repo from scratch.
I maintain local mirrors for my own use and I appreciate the tarballs.

Sure, it would be useful to refresh, but the current state is not fatal.
