1) I don't know anything about /usr/local/lib/perl/*/man, and what it is
   used for.  It is not even in BSD.local.dist, so why it is mandatory?

2) Mark is a maintainer of the perl, and he has removed it from the
   MANDATORY_MANPATH in rev 1.11.

So, what do you think, should we comment out the
MANDATORY_MANPATH /usr/X11R6/man
line as well?
