Try adding USES=fortran to freecad in order to propagate GCC LDFLAGS as old libgcc_s.so maybe loaded *before* libmed.so sets RPATH. Before Clang/libc++ became default (on x86) a similar conflict existed between libstdc++.so from base system and libstdc++.so from lang/gcc*.
