Hi there. I've fitted a hard disc to a Virgin WebPlayer and got FreeBSD installed but I can't seem to get any networking going. I tried a USB ethernet adaptor, which works fine on my other FreeBSD systems but even though it's detected it doesn't pass any traffic on the WebPlayer. I tried to get a mini-PCI wireless card but I haven't been successful in getting one yet. I even bought a Linksys WMP11, which is supposed to have a PRISM II based mini-PCI card on it (it even says so in some documentation that came in the box) but mine didn't have a mini-PCI card at all and the chipset was completely different and not compatible with FreeBSD. Not happy. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get some networking going on this machine as all the interfaces I have are the USB and the mini-PCI slot?
