This was a problem quite a while ago in an update I did with 4.2.0 which
changed which port supplied XKeysymDB.  Due to the order of installing
and deinstalling of ports by portupgrade, the file ended up being
deleted.  Just reinstall XFree86-4-libraries to get it back.
