Why is this only distributed by (rather obscure) Russian sites instead of the vendor or the partner companies? What is the license terms? The files included in the tarball are apparently claiming the copyright of Oracle Corporation, and I don't think it's legal for us to distribute the distfile or the package via FTP mirror sites and CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, at least for profit. If the license is "clear", you ought to consider defining NO_CDROM / NO_PACKAGE / RESTRICTED in the Makefile and mentioning the license in ports/LEGAL. If not, you should disable (mark BROKEN) the port for now and then enable it later when the license becomes clear.
