FreeBSD 4.6.2-RELEASE #0: Wed Aug 14 21:23:26 GMT 2002

>Description:
FreeBSD 4.6.2 cannot successfully access the floppy device on Compaq Proliant ML370 with the SmartArray 5i RAID controller. After numerous errors while trying to mount the floppy, the system hangs after this last message: "fdc0: too many errors, not logging any more". This is either an fdc and/or ciss device problem.
