VT83C572 UCHI controller doesn't work.
At boot the kernel says:
uhub0: device problem, disabling port1
and when I remove an usb-device I get:
uhub0: port error, giving up port1

N.B.:
The problem is the same under Openbsd and Netbsd: Netbsd has a bug-report related to this problem
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/netbsd-bugs/2000/09/14/0001.html

>How-To-Repeat:
Boot kernel with VT83C572 UHCI and plug any USB devices.
