I do not understand what you are trying to do when you get this 
problem (http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=19512).

Are you trying to compile GCC 2.7.2.3 from the ports when 
you get this problem?

Can you please provide a simple 'How-To-Repeat' and send 
as a follow-up to the PR by sending mail to
'freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org' with the subject of
this mail as subject.
