  The Netblazer ST that I used had an 8-port serial option too.
Apparently, it was made by Special-IX?  I suspect very similar to the
Special-IX supported the the new si driver.

  Telebit was in the habit of just standard industry hardware.  For
example, the ST model also uses an SMC Elite 16, as its primary ethernet.
