hello. Thanks for the response on this issue. I tried forcing the clock source to hpet0 because I initially thought my problem was that the dom0 wasn't getting a reliable clock source and therefore was getting "stuck" waiting for clock ticks. I've turned that switch off for the moment, since I don't think that's the problem. In any case, below is the output of the boot log up until the system becomes extremely slow.
