I see your point about the ARM devices.  If I read correctly, this is a pro=
blem
you didn't have until upgrading to 12.1.  Could be that we have different r=
oot
causes.  On my Qubes machine, I have to set an option for pci "no-strict-re=
set"
when starting the USB VM, and is quite common with x86 architecture.=20=20

At any rate, I just wanted to add my 0.02 just in case it helps devs
troubleshoot.
