Please pass this message to the direct party Thank you! I have been running a FREEBSD server for 1 1/2 years.. I just recently installed a TEAM FORTRESS / QUAKE server on the site. Just today server was taken down by a program called WINNUKER or BITCH SLAP! I believe these programs over load the ping and crash the server. How can I stop this fomr happening to the server IP 198.242.111.31:27500 Port 27500 is were the QUAKE SERVER sits and gets crashed! Bare in mind, they can not crash the entire server, just the port with program! H E L P!!!! Thank you for your time! IF IPFW FIREWALL is the answer, how would I stop them from doing this?
