 Is the problem reported in kern/5641 something that affects 3.1-STABLE /
 4.0-CURRENT? If not, does either of you have an interest in working on
 this in the 2.2 branch?
 
 If the answer from each of you is "no" for both of the questions above,
 I'll close the PR. But please do reply. :-)
