archivers/lzma does respect CFLAGS but not CC which causes a problem, if CFLAGS contains settings that only work with the compiler in CC. On my machine this is "gcc43" with "-march=core2" for example.

Since the upstream is already prepared to use CC, we just need to set it. My patch does this.

Try to build archivers/lzma with GCC 4.3 optimized for Intels Core2 Architecture.
