You didn't mention are you running 4.11-RELEASE or 4.11-STABLE. If you are using RELEASE then you definitely should try latest 4.11-STABLE, because there were lots of anti-panic fixes to RELENG_4 for USB subsystem aftere 4.11-RELEASE. Eugene Grosbein
