I will assume that it was placed in the X resource directory intentionally by
somebody in the past.  They must have had a reason.

This is the maintainer's call, but personally I'd like some rationale why it
should be in bin instead other than the obvious "path" argument.  Something
that explains why it was in X resource before and why that rationale isn't
valid anymore.  Does anyone know that?
