I stand corrected.

Well, my coworker tried it with the SEPP, and used something faster than
the 300A.

From MSI's web page (at
http://www.msi.com.tw/product_guide/converter/6905.htm ) it appears that
the card pulls a trick to allow for dual processor operation.
