Recently OpenSSL 0.9.7d is imported into -current, and bsd.openssl.mk is 
modified for the change, but 0.9.7d isn't in -stable yet, thus the 
dependancy. Either you can install security/openssl or wait for 0.9.7d 
to be MFCed into 4.x branch.
