Because there is nobody listen to rpc.umntall messages at this time.

Yes. CFS make it. I have no NFS but CFS.

There is no network at all - single machine without network. 
cfsd not yet started at this moment because it started from /usr/local/etc/rc.d
later.

Sorry, I treat this change rather trivial and consider it as quick solution
to make machine boot again. Feel free to replace it with something more
intelligent considering that some daemons pretend to emulate NFS, like cfsd.
