FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE on HP DL145G3 + 2xHDD SATA 500Gb Samsung HD501LJ

At installation I see mistakes:
panic: ffs_dirbad: bad dir
or
panic: ffs_valloc: dup alloc

Then reboot in 15 seconds. What does it mean? What to do(make), to avoid
Occurrences of these mistakes?
When there were native hdd on 80Gb was normal.
