Somewhat less than half of all software in Canada is stolen: about 41%.  This is
nearly twice the U.S. rate, and higher than the rate for Western Europe (36%),
but it is lower than the rates for Eastern Europe (70%), the Middle East (63%),
Asia (47%), and Latin America (59%).

They are worse than Western Europeans and Americans, but compare favorably to
most of the rest of the world.
