	can you send us the output of 'ls -Flag /usr/libexec/mail.local'??

as in:

Aspen: {102} ls -Flag /usr/libexec/mail.local
-r-sr-xr-x  1 root  bin  12288 Sep 15 14:49 /usr/libexec/mail.local*
