The space factor is a wasted argument in this case.  The `bloat' is
very, very small.

named only needs libisc due to the isc_movefile() and I didn't feel like
adding a dynamic dependency on libisc.so for just one function, whilst
in the past we only depended on libc.

This might change in the near future.
