i'm interested in some extraneous kernel config options. i've read
through all of LINT (which is claimed to be "exhaustive" in its listings
of kernel options) but haven't quite found:

1. options "FAT_CURSOR"
2. options "SCSI_DELAY" (What is Joe SCSI??!?!?!?!?)

Please explain. This is FBSD-2.1.0R.
